This bar was refined, folded twice and forge welded. This can be used for general blacksmithing and it forges like a course wrought iron.

This iron was smelted by hand in the iron aged method, from bog ore we dug ourselves. It is a truly unique material, with a beautiful natural pattern and heritage rooted in Ireland’s ancient past.
